Malpractice and Disability

This is my favorite type of work for several reasons.  First, most doctors hate paperwork, particularly disability forms, and believe that speaking to a malpractice attorney constitutes treason.  As a result my services fill a real need in the legal community. 

Second, this is an area where I can make a big difference.  Bad doctors get away with mistakes because legal experts don’t speak ‘medicine’, and don’t always know where mistakes are hidden in the chart.  I have seen ‘slam dunk’ cases that were totally missed by plaintiff attorneys.  Not sure if you are missing something?  Let me take a look.

Finally, I feel for those who are injured and left helpless by the connected people, the big businesses, and the insurers.  I am familiar with the tricks that are used to deny claims.  I know what separates a good claim from a bad claim.  Getting nowhere?  Let me help.
